This hotel provided great value for money as the rooms came with a balcony, allowing us to enjoy stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. Additionally, the spa facilities were impressive, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of activities.

The bathroom in the room was on the smaller side, with only a shower available.

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, making my experience even better. the location was perfect, with only a short drive to great skiing in Saas Fee and a beautiful hour-long drive to Zermatt. the breakfast was delicious and the views from the balcony were amazing. I also enjoyed the discount for renting boards and the convenience of bus passes. a great place to stay!

One negative aspect was the delay in serving dinner, which took a bit too long.

Easter at the hotel was really fun. the all-day Easter egg hunt was amazing and really kept the kids entertained. the complimentary shuttle to the ski slopes was very convenient. the hotel is located near a lot of shops and restaurants, so it was easy to grab a quick bite or do some shopping. We really enjoyed playing games in the hotel's spacious lounge area.

The rooms were not in the best condition, they were outdated and felt cramped. the carpet was dirty and there were some stains on the bedding.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The wellness area was almost brand new, and everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the spa area which provided a big and nice space to relax and unwind. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of options to choose from. The location was great, with easy access to nearby cable cars and buses. This saved us a lot of money as they were free for hotel guests. The parking was also convenient, with plenty of free spaces available outside the hotel.

This hotel is situated in a great area, perfect for Easter hiking. The rooms were clean and decently sized, with comfortable beds. The food offered was delicious with a great range of choices for both breakfast and dinner. The staff was warm and welcoming; they did everything in their power to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even provided a free cable car pass for local rides!

One of the only downsides was the dinner time, which was a bit too late for my taste and took a long time to serve five dishes. the drinks during the dinner were not included and had to be paid for as a separate expense.
